“We do not believe foul play was a factor in their deaths, however, the exact cause of death has not been determined at this time,” the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office told Sky News. According to the story, both the couple and their dog passed away. Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of death. The local police were not immediately available for comment, according to Reuters.
After 20 years of retirement from acting, Gene Hackman lived in New Mexico with his wife, 63-year-old classical musician Betsy Arakawa.
