
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated CBSE students in classes 10 and 12 on the release of their board exam results.
“My sincere congrats to all those who passed the CBSE Class XII and X exams! This is the result of your perseverance, self-control, and diligence,” PM Modi wrote in a post on X.
The results of the Class 10 and 12 exams were made public by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday.
According to the results of the class 10th exam, 93.66% of students passed, which is 0.06% higher than the previous year.
In the CBSE class 10th exam, 95% of girls passed, which was 2.37 percent more than the boys.
The majority of the top-scoring Class 10 and 12 students in the capital of Uttar Pradesh who took the CBSE 2025 examinations credited their success to perseverance and diligence. Soon after the results were released on Tuesday, schools constructed lists of their top achievers, despite the CBSE not issuing a merit list.
On Tuesday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated that the CBSE Board exams were administered with an emphasis on competency-based evaluation, in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Pradhan stated in a post on X that the tests place a strong emphasis on using technology to increase students’ accessibility and convenience.
The CBSE results are being made available digitally through multiple platforms including the official CBSE website, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app, he also said.
The pupils’ accomplishments were also commended by the minister.
“My best wishes go out to all of my young friends and their parents who passed the CBSE Class XII and Class X exams. This is a time to celebrate and treasure the results of diligence, commitment, and fortitude. I’m wishing a happy, healthy, and prosperous future to all of the upcoming leaders.
